According to info I have, it would be his son. I have:
Giles W. Brinson, m. Nancy Adkins, had son Giles W. Brinson, who m. Sarah Anna White or Brown. I am a grandchild of Minne Brinson and Joseph Marion Hamblin. I would be glad to exchange info if you are interested.
