Hi Phil, I'm afraid I haven't had any luck on Daniels parents either. One of your posted messages is kinda messed up but it looks like you know who Daniels first wife was and when she died. Can you email me that information?? My husband's gr grandfather was Robert E. Lee Brinkley, b. 18 May 1864 in Holly Springs. I knew he had a younger brother Henry. Daniel George was quite a Confederate supporter. Named one son after Robert E. Lee and another after Stonewall Jackson. I understand that two sons (apparently William and Jesse) fought for the Northern side and he disowned them and their names were never allowed to be mentioned again. Do you know anything abt that??
