My father's name was Herman Capps. He passed away April 17th, 1967. I am trying to find my father's sister, her maiden name was Marie Capps. It was told that David Brinkley was my fathers third cousin. My grandfather's name was Mac/Mack. He was said to have left my grandmother Effie Mae Capps, who later married Kenneth Sparks. I cannot find anything on my father, and David is his third cousin. Maybe you can help. Last I heard, my grandmother lived in N.Carolina. My father was from Irvin, Tennessee. Maybe you can help our search.
