Laura RUSSELL WHITFORD, and father HENRY WHITFORD, they lived near Bogue Sound when my grandfather D.W. WHITFORD was growing up and he lived with my grandmother Eula Mae
in and around Vanceboro, N.C. in Craven Co. My father's name was Artis Lee Whitford and he had eight siblings. Attempting to establish my families Cherokee/Creek roots and obtain
recognition into tribe.
