I thought I'd let you know what info I have about an Arthur Brine, which may or may not be the one you are looking for.

Now, the Arthur I know a "little" about is Arthur James Brine. He was born about 1864 in Nova Scotia. His parents were also born in Nova Scotia. He emigrated to the US in 1881 (according to the 1900 US Census). He was living in Brooklyn, NY in 1900. He married Elizabeth A Doyle and they had a daughter, Viola Brine, in 1903 in New York City. Arthur died in 1909 in New York City.

Please let me know if you think the Arthur Brine I have described may be the same one you are looking for as I may be able to provide you with a little more information.
