Brights and Brites in early NC

I am still trying to identify the partents of John Brite, who died in 1845 in Camden County, North Carolina. His children, according to his will were John, Anson, Washington, and Harriette. Is there anyone out there who has some information about this family? Some records in northeastern NC were lost during the Civil War. So, I am hoping that someone has reliable family records. Please write if you can help, and I have a lot of other information on the Brights/Brites to share with others.

Thank you
