I was scanning the Brigham forum for a S.O. Brigham when I found your entry. In a 1860 census for my gggrandfather, S.D. Jones, I have the following names. His wife was Betsy L. Rice(descendant of Edmund Rice), W.B.(initals stand for Willard Brigham) Farwell, a distant cousin to Betsy and later married Betsy and S.D.'s daughter, Fanny, who is listed in the census, Harriet Fay and S.O. Farwell(I think it is S, but I am having a hard time making out the letter in the census report)all living in the same house in San Francisco, CA. I now am wondering if Harriet Fay was a relation to the Brighams? S.O. Farwell is most likely related to Willard Brigham Farwell, too.
