I have information concerning descendants of James Brigham (1735-c.1818) and Louisa Looney (1739-1820), and their grandson, David Looney Brigham (b. 1816, Stewart Co., TN, d. 1879, Smith Co., TX), and his descendants. However, according to all other sources, David Looney Brigham married Mary McGlohn (1826-1883) in 1840. I have never heard of a Massachusetts connection or Lydia LaStrange. David Looney Brigham did have a son, George, who was born and died on September 28, 1858. David Looney Brigham's father was James H. Brigham (1785-1851) and his mother was Mary McCarrol (b. 1789, VA).

I also have information regarding the Looney connection.

I would like to exchange information with you. I am missing many descendants of David Looney Brigham.
