I have a fair amount of information concerning the Brighams of Erin, Houston Co., TN, and related Brighams in and around Dover, Stewart Co., TN, including a number of John Brighams.

The only data I have that may fit what you are looking for is the following:

1850 Stewart Co. TN census. John Brigham 45, farmer $800 TN, Mary 34 TN, Duncan 11 TN, Georgeanna 8 TN, William 6 TN. Near Jane Brigham and Alfred Brigham.
1860 Stewart Co. TN census, Magnolia P.O. Dist. 12, p. 86, 632-633: John Brigham 55 TN, farmer, $4000 RP, $650 PP, Mary 40, Georgiana 18, Joseph 15 farm laborer, Toppen 3. These two families appear to be the same.
