I have been doing some genealogy research on my wife's family for some time. I've hit a rodblock with the briggs side. Her direct ancestor was Bowen Kittle/Kettell and Almira Briggs (b. 1808) from Coventry or Warwick, Kent Co, RI. They had a son named Wanton - and there seems to be several Wanton Briggs in RI at that time. Not sure how they all fit together. Has anyone come across Almira's name anywhere?
Any help is appreciated!
