I am seeking information on the family of Prichard Alexander Briggs (1807 SC - 1850 IN) who married Jane Stanley (c1800 TN - bef 1840 IN) in IN 1825. They had 11 children, the only name I know is my GGgrandfather James J. Briggs (1837 IN - 1919 IN). PA Briggs parents may have been James (1761 - c1840 IL) and Charlotte ______ (1771 - c1840 IN).
I would appreciate any information about the Briggs or Stanley lines that might connect to this family.
