Subject: BRIGGS of Brown Co. IL
Phillip,Richard and John Lemuel did have a brother named James jr. b. abt. 1781,82 according to what I have. His children were:Nancy b.1801-1804: Katie b. 1805-10: Polly b. 1805-1810: Goerge b. 1810; Madison ? b.1821-25 I am guessing that Madison may or may not be a sibling. Sorry to say that I was not able to find a reference to a Ellias Briggs in my records. But my records are far from being complete. I am just starting to look again after a long break. I have spent most of my time trying to track down Thomas Briggs b. abt. 1725 who is a gggggrandfather. I hope this helps a little and if there is anything else I can help with just let me know.
