HARRY SCOTT BRIGGS - Drumer/Civil War

Hi,

I'm looking for information about Harry Scott Briggs I, who was a drummer in the Civil War. He was of Irish-English descent. His son George Washington Briggs is buried in Schekasbema, PA, married to an "Effie." Their son was also Harry Scott Briggs, who was a carpenter in Omaha. He married a Grace Askew, born in Tyndall, Neb (?) They had a son Richard Briggs probably in the early 1900s.

Is anyone related to this family? Any information you'd be willing to share would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to e-mail me at sbnet1@mfire.com Thanks.

Sue in Colorado
