I am looking for any information on my ggg-grandfather George Frederick Briggs who was probably born in New York, maybe in the Clymer or Westfield region. He married Laura Belle Amidon in 1903. He was probably born in the late 1800s and he probably died in 1955 in the Greenville PA region. His father was James Peckins Briggs who later moved to Waterford Township, Erie County, PA. James married Amelia Oldfield of that town. George and Laura had at least two daughters, Mary and Agnes. If you have any information on this line of the Briggs, please contact me.
