I am looking for parents of Truman Gaylord Briggs, Sr. (B: 1814 in NY D: 1879 Iowa) married to Phebe E. Cone (B:4/24/1819 in NY). Phebe is the daughter of Joseph W. Cone, Sr.(B: 1789 in NY D: 1862 Hancock Co., Ohio) and Phebe Fuller (B: 1782 in Vt. D: 1869 in Ohio).I realize they are not Briggs but if anyone has any info on Phebe Cone's parents, I would love that too!
