I am searching for anyone who may know the parents of Cary/Carey Briggs b. 1784 in Massachusetts. He moved young to Otsego Co, NY and married there Miss Debbie Hopkins b. 1794 in RI to Dutee Hopkins. They had 3 kids born in RI. They had 3 kids in Otsego Co, NY. They then before the 1820 census moved to Cohocton, Steuben Co, NY where they had many more children. Their Eldest daughter Olive b. 1815, Otsego Co, NY, my ggg grandma, married Henry Brandow.
Cary died 1854 and Debbie died 1856. No stones to be found in Steuben Co Cemetery list. ANY help with this appreciated deeply. (anncamp@linkny.com)
