Searching for the parents of Lucy Bridgman born 16 Sept 1794 at Newbury, Berkshire, UK (1861 UK Census) or Abingdon, Berkshire, UK (1871 UK Census). To confuse matters further, family records say she was born at Wantage but all three places are not that far from one another.
She married James Ellis, agricultural labourer, at Old Parish Church, Edmonton, Middlesex, UK on 14 July 1822 and then lived in the Southgate area of county Middlesex, UK.
She died on 27 Oct 1882 and is buried in the Great Northen London Cemetery near Southgate.
