George married Elizabeth 1 Jan 1851 at Holy Trinity, Gosport, Hampshire, so he was probably born about 1820-30.
I don't have a link for him at present.

My line goes back to William Bridgens & Martha Shrubs, who married in Portsea in 1776. They had at least 7 children (2 or more of these died young). I have only managed to trace their son James, who was my 3rd great grandfather.
Your George could be a nephew of his, or he could be the George Bridgen born in Alton, Hampshire, 29 Dec 1831, son of George & Elizabeth. I believe that is where my Bridgen line came from. We could well be related but some work is needed to find the link.
