Is this a Bingo I see. :) I think I found it, I wass looking for my copy of the Fleming Family history (as written by Priscilla Fleming and Mrs. Paul. Mrs. Paul writes: "(in 1772/1773...) Those in the party were Patrick Jack, James Ferguson, John Fleming, William Bricker, William Rankin and possibly others." We found this in error, Patrick Jack was not born at that time, his time came later. I am not so sure of the accuracy of the other data either... However, Priscilla Fleming wrote in an excerpt on Page 17 (in case she is viewing this): "In th enew settlement there were two uncles of John and Agnes Fleming. William Rankin whose land joined John's to the south and Uncle Peter Bricker, whose cabin was close to where the No. 7 School was later built." Can you send me the names and birth dates of Peter Brickers children, Perhaps with that information I can more easily tie in the Peter Bricker you are searching for. And 1806 was his year of birth??? Hmmm... We were thinking closer to 1815 to 1820 for his age, for no scientific reason what so ever. :) It looks like I might have to add the information for the Connor side of my family to the WEB Site at: Http://members.tripod.com/~jtmcgowan/Index.htm sooner than I thought.. perhaps I will scan the Priscilla Fleming History sooner than I thought and put it up on the WEB Site, Priscilla can discuss this with me later, if not sooner. :) BTW, Priscilla is now married, by the last reports I got... I can not remember her married name either. Sorry.
