It's for sale at Amazon.com, but you can look through it . I saved quite a few pictures from it. She is related to Jennie Pike Brewer, Mazzeppa's daughter. There are a few pictures of Jennie in it, as well as a great deal of information on the people from the area. Leah was a former Hunter Town Historian whose father was a photographer, so there are alot of great pictures in it.
My Great Aunt Densie Benjamin's daughter Esther Ruoff married Jennie's son Daniel Showers.

in Prattsville, July 8th. by the Rev. William Greene, M.T. Brewer and Mrs. Ettie A. Haines, both of Hunter
Since it says "Mrs. Etta Haines" it sure looks like she was married before. I have quite a few Haines's in my tree, so I'll look for one born between 1850 and 1860 who died prior to 1883 to see if I can find him.
