This is my family. Jefferson Brewer moved to Bradley Co Tn from Davidson Co NC after 1850. He is listed on the 1860 Bradley co Census with his wife Martha, children Amos, Samuel, Julian (Julie Ann), Jane, Elizabeth, William, Hubbard, and Columbus. (He is listed as Jeferson Brewer on 1860 census.) His oldest daughter, Paulina, is not listed on the 1860 census but was listed on the 1850 NC Davidson census.

He is listed 1870 TN Bradley District 2 with Wife, Martha, children Jane, Elizabeth, William R. and Hubbard, and Nathan Columbus. He died before the 1880 Census was taken. His widow Martha is listed with daughter M. E. 31 years of age.

Hubbard moved to Arkansas and married Emma Palmer. I'm interested in the Hubbard that you have listed as being married to a Jefferson. I like to chase all leads with like names. Could you tell me more about this? Also, I've been trying to find out why Jefferson moved his family to Bradley Co. Perhaps the Brewer that was located here in the 1840's was a relative.
