J. Richard Brewer, 75, of Sugar Grove, VA, the Camp
Community, passed away on January 5, 2010, at Francis
Marion Manor, Marion, VA.

He was born on April 23, 1934, at Camp, VA.

He was owner of Brewer's Store in Camp and was a school
bus driver for Sugar Grove School for over 46 years.

He was a member of Carmi Baptist Church in Camp where he
served as Sunday School Superintendent and Deacon for many

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Ted and
Emma Jones Brewer; his mother and father-in-law, Howard
and Helen Brown; also a special cousin, Charles Brewer.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Doris Brown Brewer;
and many loving friends and cousins.

Visitation will be at Seaver-Brown Funeral Home on Thursday,
January 7, 2010, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Funeral service will be held Friday, January 8, 2010, at
11 a.m., at Seaver-Brown Chapel.

Interment in Blue Springs Cemetery, Camp, VA.
