I am looking for a male Brewer who traces his ancestry back to Matthew Brewer or one of his sons, George W. Brewer or Ransom Brewer, of Marengo County Alabama, 1830-50. This is for a Y-DNA match that will establish whether Matthew might have come from the New York Dutch Brouwer (Brewer) family.
