I believe this to be the will of Johannes Brewer b. 1702. His wife was Elizabeth Canckely (Conklin). This is what I found for the son Matthew, in question.

Child: Mattheus Reference ID: 1059
Bapt. Date: 10 Aug 1742
Parents: Johannis Brouwer; Eliezabeth his wife
Sponsors: Mattheus Canckelie; Feytie his wife
Source: First Reformed Church of Tarrytown (Old Dutch Church of Sleepy Hollow) Tarrytown First Reformed Church: 1697-1790
Location: Town of Mt Pleasant, Westchester County --- Denomination: Reformed Dutch

Source:
Kelly, Arthur and Nancy. New York Births and Baptisms, Southeast Region, 1660-1916. [database on-line] Provo, UT: Ancestry.com, 1999-. Original data extracted by Arthur and Nancy Kelly of Kinship Publishers from various church registers in Dutchess, Greene, Putnam, Rockland, Ulster, and Westchester counties in New York.

I hope this helps. At that time the dutch still used dutch spellings of names in church but were beginning to use English spellings outside. For example: Johannis/John or Mattheus/Matthew. I hope this helps.
John
