Hi, I saw a posting about a John Brewer born in Virginia ca 1788 and living in North Carolina who had served in the Revolutionary War. If anyone has information on this please post or contact me. John also known as John S. Brewer, married Amey Meridith. I descend from his son Nathan Thomas Brewer, whose son Willis B. Brewer is my ggg-great-grandfather.
