My 4th great grandmother was Sarah Brewer b/ ca 1760s and Abraham Evans b/ ca 1760s, married at Skilgate Parish, Somerset Eng. on 23 Mar. 1783.
Their children, all born Skilgate Parish, Somerset:
Robert b/ 1785, joined the 82nd Regiment of Foot AKA Prince of Wales Volunteers, came to Canada 1814 to fight in the War of 1812-14 and stayed, married and had children. I have lots of info on him.
Mary b/ 1788
Sarah b/ 1790
Elizabeth b/ 1794
John b/ 1796 married Sarah Mason, stayed in Eng.
All information would be appreciated. I have some info to share too.
Elizabeth Robbins
