That would be the information that I have too. My records indicate (and I have them from LDS records and a lady descended from Washington Co. Benj. and has written two genealogies, as well as my mother who sometimes messes things up) that this is the father married to a Mary with last name spelled Bruer, that among their children were Benj. (Caty), I have a Samuel--know nothing more about him, and Henry (our second Brewer ancestor, he was married to Jane Hurdley about 1793. The Brewers were all born in PA (have census records)--Fayette Co is in PA. And, at least Benj. and Henry moved onto IN via Jefferson Co., KY which was then VA) about 1800. Henry moved to Washington, later Clark Co. IN after about 3 yrs. and Benj followed to Washington Co., where he settled and died (Salem, IN to be exact, I have a picture of his grave site). Henry's son Benj, was in Clark Co with his father by 1820--his second wife, Eliz. Roney was the daughter of Margaret Brewer Roney. Benj. and Eliz. moved to LaPorte Co. IN. by 1836 (out side Rolling Prairie, a neigher of Ophra's old place). Their homestead is still a working farm lived on by a descendent. Much more than you wanted to know, I am sure. The information on Henry and Jane, their move to VA with Brother Benj. and Benj. settling in Washington Co was all in Henry's family Bible which existed until at least the 1950's when the owner published it for family members. It contained no other info on the Washington Co., Benj, though it did list LaPorte Co. Benj. and Elizabeth's marriage in Washington Co., IN (1825)and her parents as MargaretRoney and James Roney and her date and place of birth as Jefferson Co., KY--that's where we found the marriage bond that listed mother as being Margaret Brewer, daughter of Ben being sworn to by Uncle Henry Brewer.
