Thank you for responding to my query, Linda. Yes I am still interested in the family of my gggrandmother, Elizabeth Brewer. I do believe that your English Brewer could have very well been a brother of my Elizabeth.
I have not worked on this line for some time, because it seems like I had hit the "brick wall".
Eliabeth was born about 1808 (where?) I believe she was a daughter of Simon Brewer and his wife, Elizabeth of Wilkinson Co., early years. They are burried there. Elizabeth Brewer and Irvin Lambert named theier first son, Simon, who died very young. I know of the Slappy Bible, and I have some notes from it, that I copied when I was in Wilkinson Co., about 35 years ago. If Simon was the barents of both English and Elizabeth, I suspect he named his daughter, Elizabeth after his mother,. I am wriiting this mainly from memory. If you think there is a connection, I will be happy to work wiith you. Melba
