Trying to trace my late husband's family.Henry Martin Brewer/b.10-23-40-d.8-16-01
This is what I know:
-John Robert Brewer m. Minnie Clementine Davis(Moore County)
Children: Ernest Brewer married May Auman
Carl Brewer-died in childhood
Lonnie Adam Brewer-Born i-10-1915-Died June 1974
Married Nannie Lou Dunlap
Mary Brewer-M. Harrison Davis
John Brewer died at a young age with pneumonia. Shortly after Minnie Clementine had a mental breakdown and was sent somewhere- Someone from the church took Mary and Lonnie to the orphanage in Thomasville,NC. Lonnie was 5 or 6 and Mary was 3. Their older brother Ernest stayed with their Uncle Henry and people say that he adopted him. Minnie got the children out of the orphanage when Lonnie was about 16 and Mary about 13 and brought them back to Moore County. Ernest came to live with them and they farmed for awhile. Minnie had another breakdown and that is all I know.

I am interested in early history of the Lonnie Adam Brewer family-1700-1940 Thanks
