What a coincidence! I have an uncle (living) named John Franklin Brewer! He is the 4th child of Robert G and Syble Brewer but I rarely see him listed on any of the sites. Wonder if there is a link here.....Almost all of my Brewer relatives came from Benton County. A few were born or lived in Carroll County. My great grandfather, Winfield Scott Brewer, is buried in Hampton Cemetery in Carroll County. My grandfather, Robert Granville Brewer, was a merchant marine and came to New Orleans, met and married my grandmother, Syble. They stayed in New Orleans and raised 4 children all of whom still live here except for Robert Paul Brewer who died several years ago. I'll check my records as well and let you know if I find a link. Thanks for responding! This has become quite an adventure!
