I think we have traded answers before. I don't have any answers to your question, but I was at the First Baptist Church of Bogart Cemetery in Clarke Co, GA the other day and there are quite a few Brewers buried there. There was a Confederate Soldier marker for Benjamin P. Brewer that had no dates. I noticed one of the children you listed was Benjamin. I did not write down any other names.
I am trying to find the Brewer who married Sarah (unkown last name) about 1860. They had two children Emma Serena and James D. Apparently Mr. Brewer died and Sarah remarried a Henry C. Poss. Most of them are buried at Bogart First and there are a bunch of Brewers there also.
