Thanks for the info - looks like I was missing a generation. It's great that she lists her sources.

The name Hannah for Capt. John's wife fits since Abigail and John Chadwick named their daughter Hannah. Hannah Chadwick was born in 1750 so that works with the marriage date, too. I need to learn more about the place names in Massachusetts to know how close Tyringham is to South Lee where the Merrills were from. At least they're in the same county. Also, I have another source which shows Hannah being born in Worcester. Hannah's son moved to PA, and her granddaughter moved to Savannah, GA. All of my family tree on my mother's side is in GA after about 1800, so I haven't learned much about MA.

Keep up the hard work on the Brewers!
