Zebudee in not my line but years ago I did research on his kin who were in Rhea Co., TN and then to Sebastain Co., AR.
There are estate records in Greenwood, AR courthouse (lower Sebastian Co.) that show where Brewer children were in Colorado.
There are only a few Brewer families in that area. Some are my kin from Thomas Brewer of Benton/Henderson Co., TN. Lewis Brewer is my gg grandfather and his record is there but he is not your ancestor.
Zeb had a nephew named William Brewer a civil war soldier who is buried at McCurtain, Haskell Co., OK where I grew up.
Fort Smith Library will likely help you if you write to them. They have the best records for western Arkansas.
Good luck,
