Joseph Thomas Brewer and Julia Fredonia Hollingsworth were my g-grandparents. John Brenton Brewer, who married Ollie May Curry, was my grandfather and evidently your Susie's brother. According to my info which I haven't proven, James Brewer Jr born abt 1816 was Joseph Thomas's father. The Hamilton Co., Fl 1840 census shows Jms Brewer, wife, and two children. The ages all coincide with the ages of Jms & Eliz. & first two kids. The 1850 Census actually names everyone and if I copied the info correctly named Jms as Jr. There were 8 children at that time. I would like what info you have and yes, I do live in central Florida. And my info is open to correction.
