My husband'a Uncle and Aunt had the book, which was given to us.
The book of course was written by Thomas Valentine Smith, of Harrison, GA, printed by Cory Press, in Monroe, NC in June 1975. There is no copy write information whatsoever.
That's about all I can tell you.
