Everett Brewer MYSTERY
Posted by: Lynne Chambers Date: February 01, 2001 at 16:46:16

Trying to locate info on my husband's g-grandfather. Family stories say he changed his name to Everett Brewer and moved to Missouri after killing a man in Illinois. Have found him on 1920 Dunklin County, Missouri census: age was 50 (born abt 1870), born in Kentucky. Birthplace for his mother and father are both listed as unknown. He was a laborer in a cotton mill. Listed with wife, Minnie (Maude McCullough?), and daughters Nettie, Mary and Georgia. Minnie and her parents are listed as all born in Tennessee. Everett's daughters are all listed as born in Missouri. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
