Houston Dudley Brewer

I'm new to the Brewer name so I'm asking for help. I recently came across a deed executed by Eliza Liles selling 10 acres of land to her daughter, Sally P. Brewer in 1895 for $1. Then Sally sold the 10 acres to Sanders Liles (my grandfather) for $1 in 1899. The land would not be his until Sally died and the deed was recorded in Loudon Co, TN in 1906 so I am assuming that Sally died in 1906. This deed states that Sally's husband is Dud Brewer. I haven't been able to find a Dud Brewer, but in I found a family file that says that Houston Dudley Liles, son of Asa and Leah (Brickly) Brewer married Sally Lyles. Does anyone have any information of Houston and Sally or this family? Asa and Leah married in Blount County and were living there in 1850 and they were living in the Concord area of Knox Co, TN in 1860. Concord is close the where my Liles family was living.

Any help appreciated.
