I am doing historical research on the wreck of Southern Railway passenger trains Royal Palm and Ponce de Leon which hit head-on at my hometown Rockmart GA on 12-23-1926. Looking for photos and/or biographical info on all crew members involved. Among those killed was William H. Brewer, baggagemaster on the Ponce de Leon. Brewer may have been a native of Rome GA--he had a brother J. C. Brewer, in Rome at the time of his death and
William H. Brewer was brought to Rome for burial.
