Hi Mariya,

Is there a connection somewhere?

My great-great grandmother was named Friedericka Brauer who was born around 1840 in Germany. She apparently was a maid or such for a well to do family and became pregnant to supposedly the head honcho and was sent to Australia around 1867. She lived in Brisbane, Qld. Australia and had an illegitimate son Wilhelm Friedrick Brauer who was born on 17/10/1867.

Hope this has a link!

Regards

Wendy Pryke
