Hi Don,
Thank you for the information on the Clinton Co., Ohio Brewer families. Years ago I corresponded with Mrs. Janice Reddin who did a lot of work on these and other Brewer families. Lots of folks work on the George Brewer/Sarah Lanier line. I am pretty sure I connect thru Nicholas, Sr. son of George but I cannot find out just how. I am descended from Benjamin Braewer who married Lydia Noland in Rowan Co., NC in July 1800. They went to Madison Co., KY before ending up in Benton Co., TN.
Incidentally, several researchers are convinced that there is a Nicholas inserted between the father of Dennis, Mimy, etc and that he was in reality Nicholas III . I too believe this. Good luck and thanks.
