Hi W.C. -- I have an Enos Brewer in my line, son of Millenton and Rachel Brewer. I'm not sure that he's the one you're looking for, however, since he was b. abt. 1820. As of 1850, he was still in Hancock, Co., TN. The 1850 Census shows:

Enos Brewer, 30
Matilda, 28
Milenton, 10
Oma, 8
Rily, 6
Nancy, 4
Sarah, 2
Lyria? Lydia? 3

If you think this might be the Enos you're looking for, email me. I can provide more information.

Judy
