I'm also looking for information on a Brewer family who were in Grainger Cty. TN to make a connection w/ gggrandfather, Harlan Brewer, b ca 1815 in TN: This Harlan is listed in the Greene Cty., IN 1850 census along with 3 other Brewers (living next door, or at least listed in sequence) probably relatives. One family was Zion and Polly Brewer, both 77. Zion is also listed in the Grainger Cty. TN 1830 census. He would have been about 57 then. Another Brewer listed with them was Sarah Brewer, 50 yrs. old in the Green Cty. census. She was also listed in sequence to Zion Brewer in the Grainger Cty. TN census in 1830. Their ages do connect. I'd really like to know the family relationships and more about this line. I do have more of the family names from the 1850 census of IN. Please contact us at Hopefully you have even a few more snippets of info.
Looking forward to hearing from you or any-one who might have information. I'm wondering if your relative is a brother or even cousin of Harlan.???
