I may have some information for you. I have William BreretonCO VA pt 1690 Brereton's Chance
son of Henry Brereton & Margaret Day
William marries Sarah Smith before 1674 Northumberland, Co. Va. she was the daughter of Samuel Smith (Col.)
child: William Brereton B before 1676 Northumberland, Co. Va. I have a note that he inherited "Smith's Adventure" tract from his father in 1690. He married Diana ?

child: Hannah Brereton B Feb. 9, 1676 in Wiccicomo, Co, Maryland Married John Waltham.

more children: Judith, John, Thomas, Sarah (who I am decended from) Grace. I know I have a lot of gaps maybe we can fill in each others!? Hope so.
