Update for James Brereton. On marriage certificate he was James Brierton married Sarah Ann ClancyJune 1877. Father William Brierton married Esther Alexander 5 Feb 1853 Renfrew Scotland. Both born in Ireland. James was registered under Bryarton, either illiterate or trouble with dialect. James had a sister Mary 1896 who married a Cauldwell and settled in Sheffield. I believe she had a son Robert. Would love to trace this family back to Ireland any help would be appreciated, Fran Wright
