This is a somewhat later time frame than you indicated but I have a Douse (Dowce) daughter of Sir John Savage who married my William Egge (Edge) in 1470 in the Parish of Horton, STaffordshire. I believe that Douse would have been the daughter of either Sir John Savage and Catherine Stanley OR Sir John Stanley and Elizabeth Brereton. She has not been listed with either family that I find. I recently purchased 'The History of Horton Hall in Staffordshire' of which my family was a part of and it also mentions the marriage plus the fact that she lived to be, give or take a few years, 90 years of age. She would have placed her birth at about 1450.
Hoping that you have some information concerning this lady.
