I am the great great grandson of the William Henry Brereton QC.He had an estate in county Kildare Ireland called New Abbey, Kilcullen. He also had a house in 52,Nevern Sq. South Kensington in the county of Middlesex London and a property in Beaugard, The Mount, Hong Kong.
He married Annie Latimer Collins (2nd wife). He produced 3 children from his 1st marriage and 3 from the second, one of which was Ethel Latimer Brereton ( she was known as Trotter), who was my great grandmother. She was born in 1879 and died in 1965.
Any further info. etc. on William Brereton would be most interesting.
