I am searching for the baptism of George Tiffany Brereton who was born in 1834. According to his marriage certificate, his father was called William Brereton and according to the census records he was born in Stayleybridge, Cheshire, England. He married Elisabeth
Hampson Hughes in 7.10.1868 in Salford, St. Philips.

I have quite a lot of information about the Breretons in Cheshire in earlier generations but cannot find how George Tiffany fits into the family tree.

I would be very grateful if anyone could give me any clues. I have looked through most of the parish records I could find but with no result.
