The 1930 US Census shows Julius H. Brent age 46 as Head, Elizabeth J. Brent, age 42 wife, Helen Brent age 19, and Carrie, Ruth and Gordon Roach. I believe that Elizabeth is the half-sister of the Roach children. The 1900 US Census lists John D Roach as Head and Daniel, Othe and Lizzie as step-children with their last names spelled as Cannida. There are also William and Carry Roach listed as children. Their mother is listed as Eugenia Roach (for all children). I have been told that her maiden name was Buck. I cannot find any verification as I don't know when or where they were married. It says they were married in 1893 on the 1900 census, but on the 1910 census with John D. Roach and Virginia Roach (and William and Carrie along with 3 more children) they say they have been married since 1893. Did he have 2 wives or what? If anyone can clear this up, please let me know. Thanks
