My father's ancestors came from Bricana, Gowran, Co. Kilkenny, Ireland. My great great grandfather was Daniel Patrick Brennan-b.1823, m. Eleanor Patton. they emigrated to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia where my family lived and lives now. Patrick Daniel's parents were John Brennan and Mary Byrnenut I don't have any info on John. To my knowledge, their6 known chn. did not include a Catherine but who knows, they may have been related somehow in
Gowran. Their farm was Bricana as mentioned. If you come across any info re our John, I would appreciate receiving it. Tks. Noella Brennan Fisher
