Nacy,
The Ill. State Historical Society sent me (2) items dealing with (2) differant Thomas Brennan's. Neither are related to me. One does seem to close to your. This is what I have:

Sangamon Co. Illinois Probate Record on a Thomas Brennan who was killed in a train accident in 1901. Has good details.

******This the one (below) that looks close to yours:
Thomas Brennan's Death Certificate from Cook County.
Born 1881, Co Mayo
Died 10-3-45 Chicago.
Lists names of parents, wife (Catherine) and gobs of good info.
Email me back to my email address and let me know (this goes for anyone this looks like is a relation). Send your HOME address and I'll drop wither in the mail.
